If something unexpected happens and you are unable to spend your vacation as planned, the following cancellation conditions according to the Standard Business Conditions for the Hotel Business (AGBH) apply:
- Cancellation up to 3 months prior to arrival free of charge.
- Cancellation between 3 and 1 month prior to arrival 40% cancellation fee of total sum.
- Cancellation between 1 month and 1 week prior to arrival 70% cancellation fee of total sum.
- Cancellation less than 1 week prior to arrival 90% cancellation fee of total sum.
If you arrive late or depart early, we charge 100% of the room rate from/until the date booked.
